Arriving at VCU Checklist
✔ Attend International Student Orientation.
✔ Check in with VCU Immigration advisors (at International Student Orientation).
✔ Attend New Student Orientation (undergraduate students only) and register for courses with your academic adviser.
✔ Attend Graduate School Orientation (graduate students only) and register for classes.
✔ Get your VCU student ID card at the VCUCard Office.
✔ Sign up for VCU eServices.
✔ Submit the Certificate of Immunization to University Student Health Services.
✔ Complete the PPD skin test (Tuberculosis Skin Test) at University Student Health Services within five days of arriving at VCU. (Student Health Services does not accept tuberculosis (TB) tests done outside of the U.S.)
✔ Purchase health insurance.
✔ Pay tuition and fees to VCU Student Accounting.
